Guidebook Support: Hours and Procedures


Hit a roadblock?  Not quite sure how to tackle a problem or implement your idea?  Fortunately, Guidebook has an award winning support staff…and a multitude of ways to get in touch with them.  

Below, you'll find our support ladder - if you're having trouble, we encourage you start with with the support site, and work your way down the list if you are still a bit perplexed:

  1. Support Site -  We have a robust and searchable support site.  Articles often feature images and videos, and sometimes even a few Q&A’s at the bottom!  You're already here -- good stuff!
  2. Live Chat - You can chat with one of our team members by using the Live Chat feature located at the bottom right hand corner of the support page.  Our Live Chat hours match our support hours.
  3. Email -  During business hours, one of our human team members (no robots hired here!) will try to get back to you in under an hour (often, much speedier).  Outside of business hours, we try to respond in under 24 hours -- you'll be serviced no matter when you write in.
  4. Phone - For users on the Plus Plan and beyond, you are welcome to give us a call.  We recommend sending an email, in advance, to our support team noting your issue so that we can best prepare for your call.

Plans with professional services also include a Guidebuilding Expert.  Your assigned Expert will reach out with their personal business hours and will work tirelessly to make your Guidebook experience positive.

Office Locations & Support Hours

Are you located in an obscure region of the world?  Fortunately, we have offices all over the planet!  Here are our office locations and support hours:

PST - Monday - Friday - 7AM-6PM (San Francisco, CA).

EST - Monday - Friday - 9AM-5PM (Raleigh, NC).

BST - Monday - Friday - M-F - 9AM-5PM (London, UK).

KST - Monday - Friday - M-F - 9AM-5PM (Seoul, South Korea).

We also offer limited weekend support, so if you call or email us we will still be available to help you!  We strive to answer all off-hour messages in under 24 hours.
