A Metered Guide is a flexible plan option, designed with smaller audiences in mind. You’ll have access to great features and will only pay once per unique device. On top of that, there won’t be any charge for the first five devices—allowing you to build and try out a fully-featured Guide at no cost.
While a Metered Guide Plan (Self Service) and Full Service Plan have access to the same features on mobile, the Full-Service Plan pairs you with one of our award-winning Account Managers, grants you phone and live-chat access to our top-of-class Support team, and provides you with a Guidebook Web page.

Do previews count?
No, they will not count towards your usage billing.
What if I access the guide on my iPad and iPhone?
That counts as two devices.

Do I have a web version of the guide accessible on desktops?
On December 1, 2020, metered guides no longer have access to Guidebook Web pages. If you're interested in upgrading to a Premium guide plan, you can contact sales@guidebook.com.

No, but you can use a metered guide in the future.
Will I be charged for the same devices month after month?
No, you’ll only be charged for new unique device usage. You can use the same device to access the guide in multiple months—only the first usage will generate a charge.

How often am I billed?
Monthly - the credit card you have on file will be charged automatically.
Can I change the credit card that is being billed?
No. You can only change the credit card you have on file after the final billing cycle once your metered service has been terminated.

No, however, you can purchase a Full-Service guide, and use our Copy Content tool to migrate your guide information.
